"The property has only been open two months. Hopefully, with time, the staff will be better trained."

We changed rooms because the two junior suites we had were a long way from the pool area and just faced bushes. So no view at all. They then tried to charge an extra $7,000 for the change (even though the hotel was virtually empty)…
