Corotrips is an intermediary platform for tourist accommodation bookings in the Dominican Republic. We act as an intermediary between users and hotel establishments; we are not owners or operators of the listed accommodations.

Our role is to facilitate the search, comparison and booking of rooms. The contractual relationship regarding the accommodation is established directly between the user and the corresponding hotel or accommodation provider.

When completing a booking through Corotrips:

• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. This confirmation constitutes proof of your booking.
• Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment is securely processed through our authorized payment providers. Corotrips does not store credit or debit card data.
• Some accommodations may require a deposit or security payment directly at the property at check-in.

The cancellation policy applicable to each booking is shown in detail before confirming payment. In general:

• Refundable rates: you can cancel free of charge until the deadline stated in the booking. After that date, partial or full charges may apply.
• Non-refundable rates: do not allow cancellation with a refund under any circumstances.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to your issuing bank's processing times.
• Corotrips is not responsible for cancellation fees imposed directly by the accommodation outside our platform.

By using Corotrips, you agree not to:

• Provide false or fraudulent information during registration or booking.
• Use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts of other users.
• Post defamatory, offensive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Perform scraping, mass data extraction or automated use of the platform without written authorization.

Corotrips acts solely as an intermediary. Accordingly, we are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy or truthfulness of information published by accommodations.
• Breaches by accommodation providers (room changes, temporary closure, overbooking, etc.).
• Damages arising from force majeure, natural disasters, acts of authority or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Temporary service interruptions for technical or maintenance reasons.

In any case, Corotrips' maximum liability for any claim will be limited to the total amount paid for the booking in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will first be subject to amicable mediation. If not resolved, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
