L’emplacement, l’équipement de l’appartement, climatisation ou ventilateur dans le salon et les chambres , le confort et surtout la proximité des plages. Le bruit de la circulation et des soirées musicales un peu tardives mais la bonne isolation phonique efface ce désagrément la nuit
