"The visit was beautiful."

I loved the outlook and view of things I didnt like that the front desk employee didnt do their job correctly to where their mistake was placed on me and i had to believe that it was a mistake with an upcharge at checkout.

"Pretty good"

Very large bedroom. Well equipped Room was far too cold even with the air conditioning switched off. The room should not be so chilled on arrival. If the air conditioning is switched off by the client then housekeeping should not switch it on.

Beautiful location and extremely peaceful which is what we were looking for. I would recommend that, because Punta Cana does not have safe drinking water, that the hotel sets up some water stations on the premises. It could be similar to what you have in…
