Most of the staff didn’t speak the basic English. Couldn’t understand each other only with a few. Other than this big inconvenience the property is nice. People friendly when they understand you.

We liked that the adult section was exclusive. Our concierge Gustavo was extremely attentive and helpful. The entire staff was very friendly and inviting. There was never a shortage of pulapas and towels. We especially liked that you don't need a card for beach towels.…
