"Decent and the staff are always good"
Location and staff Air conditioning in room worked on and off. The no smoking area now is where you were able to smoke cigars. People are allowed to get to the pool area early leave their items only to return whenever they want. Suggestion is…

"Wonderful experience"
Pretty close to paradise. Food was great - lots of options. I was most surprised by how warm and welcoming staff were. I really hope Hyatt takes care of these folks. Will try to return. No complaints.
