very clean. The property manager was very attentive, nice and answered every question. He also sent some recommendations, without being asked to do so, for places to go and eat. Not walking distance to the beach. 2nd floor - no elevator.

Place was neat and clean. Everything worked. The shower was great. More importantly, the communication was a definite plus. 10 minutes away in a taxi to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.
