The nightly entertainment and varied dinner themes were appreciated. I was disappointed by the customer service experience. When I attempted to complain, the staff was rude, which was discouraging because no action was taken to resolve the issue.

The hotel as a whole Need more options for food and need smoothie as an option. Took forever for ride from hotel to the front of hotel. Need better food options at restaurants as well.
