"Just Excelente"

All the staff at the all areas and sección was incredibly.. Thanks.. There isn't much infrastructure for people in wheelchairs to enjoy the beach. 😔 I

"I do NOT recommend this hotel. Horrible service and food."

The beach and the activities there were nice. Very bad service. Most of the staff were unfriendly except for 2. They lack major training and educational training. Food was horrible. Way below the 5 star hotel they claim they are.

The different restaurants and pool. The rooms and around the room could have been more clean

"It was okay and the food was okay."

The pool area and activities for the children Could have been a bit more cleaner. On day 1, had to call front desk to come and change the sheets as the bed had signs of previous guests.
