"Lost power for 12 hours; the caretaker didn’t come until 8 am. Blown fuse outside box, not fuse box in apt."
Amenities top notch, hot shower with good pressure, very clean. There was a leak in the stairwell. It rained at the stairs were slippery & dangerous. Third floor walk up.
