I like the privacy of the location I didn't like the electricity issues and the hot water efficiency. When the electricity goes out in the area, you don't get any as well. The water was not hot enough to take a normal bathing.

Great location, walking distance from shops, exchange facillaties, restaurants and the beach. Nothing I can think off.
