"I booked for 7 days and left after 3 days. They refused to reimburse me because of their no-refund policy."

Great staff Moldy environment, wet smelly carpet on almost all floors. There is water infiltration from the top of the building and the rooms leak. There is also condensation in the rooms.

Convenient location, nice pool to relax, friendly staff. We had a nice room and the ocean view is spectacular. Hotel is kids friendly. Breakfast could have a little more variety throughout the week. Juices are too much sweetened.
