La recepcionista nos buscó otro hotel para quedarnos, ya que el hotel estaba completo. Cuando llegamos el hotel estaba completo, aunque teníamos la reserva confirmada y cobrada por booking, nos devolvieron el dinero para ir a otro hotel, pero fue un hotel horrible.
