• The Security deposit of $300 will be collected using the same method of payment you used when you paid your reservation, and it will be refunded after the Inventory of the apartment is done and not extra cleaning , or extra odor , or missing or destroying items will be. Then it will refund the total amount if everything is good; otherwise, the refund will be the amount minus the expenses for the item to be replaced or cleaning or damage minus 3% for the Credit card transaction.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
