• The reservation charge will appear on the credit card statement in the name of: Inversiones Coralillo, S.A.S. For more information about the charge for this reservation, it is necessary to contact the hotel. The name of the credit card holder used for payment must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. Upon check-in, the same credit card and an official ID must be presented. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Unpaid reservations will be canceled prior to arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Inversiones Coralillo, S.A.S., based in the Dominican Republic.
• The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel. The establishment does not accept reservations of 10 rooms or more. All reservations of 10 or more rooms will be considered as a group and are subject to group terms and conditions.
• Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in at the hotel. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The primary reservation holder must be 18 years of age or older at the time of check-in.
