• Your reservation charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of: Inversiones Coralillo, S.A.S. Please contact the property with any questions regarding the charge for this reservation. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and official identification at check-in. Payment at the property is not accepted. Unpaid reservations will be canceled prior to arrival. In case you require an invoice it will be provided by Inversiones Coralillo, S.A.S., based in the Dominican Republic.
• The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel. The property does not accept reservations of 10 rooms or more. All bookings of 10 or more rooms are considered a group and are subject to group terms and conditions.
• Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in at the hotel. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The primary reservation holder must be 18 years of age or older at the time of check-in at the hotel.
