For the price I didn’t expect much. Was ok for me to sleep in at least. The environment though is very noisy.

"Old falling to pieces"
Nothing. It's beat down, paint peeling off, broken shower, broken toilet, no air conditioner, broken mirror in bathroom. Broken doors. Wifi did not work well.

Termite and roach infestation in all rooms. I was swiched twice before getting a full refund from Expedia.
