Some of the wait staff were cool or indifferent. Others nice. Generally reception personnel differed. Some were nice, others indifferent. Hermes worked really hard to help with directions and recommendations. Do recommend the Saturday Sunday buffet. Regardless of your reception, highly recommend a stay here.…
