Updated interiors, nice pools, aesthetically pleasing lobby, we had a number of staff who were very kind and helpful. Massage was wonderful. Many areas under construction, loud noises, pools closed at 6pm, exceptionally poor communication, inconsistent answers to nearly everything, app was garbage (often inaccurate…
