"Cancellation by host the day of booking"
The host contacted me at midnight, the night prior to my arrivalto advise the property didn’t have air conditioning and therefore they’ll find another property instead. The alternative apartment quality was extremely poor along with being dark, lower grade furnishings and on a noisy corner…
