"So sad that we only booked 2 nights!"

EkHotel is an off-gridder's dream. They are solar powered. The chickens handle pest control (except they don't eat mosquitos unfortunately) and the goats mow the yard once a week. They have a chef at the ready whenever you want to order food. The family next…
