"Convenient, friendly and helpful staff and close to historical sites"

The safety, the staff was so helpful and look after you with advice, getting you a taxi service, helping in anything you need. Also the cleanliness.

"I extended my stay because I felt safe at the hotel & there is just so much to see & do in SD!"

This is a basic hotel with the security, flexibility & everything a budget, solo traveler could need. It is close to everything especially the malecon / harbor which has a FANTASTIC variety of small parks, a GREAT bike or running path & multiple FABULOUS sea…

"Great stay and location"

Location is amazing Need to tell them if you don’t have hot water and they fix it immediately. I hear they may be selling the property :(

"no frills in historic centre"

location! no frills. room: Tv, aircon, fridge, good bed. I was ill, and the staff was very helpful. 150 metres from seaside walk no elevator, but rooms on the ground floor and 1 floor up.
