"This is officially the worst hotel in Punta Cana."

Nothing at all. This was the worst booking ever‼️ The room went from $50 a night to $80 after taxes and paying an upcharge for ac. The ac didn't work properly and I complained. They did nothing. No refund. The pool was oily.
