"They need improvement; they're very expensive for the service they provide."

It's in a good place. The apartment needed a deep clean; the furniture smelled musty. We had to call for cleaning as part of the service, and there were cockroaches that also had to be reported several times.

Clean but has some opportunities on the wall paper and ceiling. Some water leak in the bathroom from an upper floor is visible.

Nice and clean nice apartment very comfortable very happy The digital door opening system was always freezing up and always take too long to get into the room. They should put instructions on how to use it.
