"High prices, Low standards"

The service is terrible. Everything is extremely slow with no enthusiasm. However they include hefty service charge into prices, without delivery the corresponding level of service. I would not recommend to stay there.

The hotel was terrible no air conditioning. Could not take a proper shower . Hotel is very out dated. Had to change rooms multiple times horrible experience

Hotel room not ready for customers. Toilet and sink not working. Asked to fixed but the problem continue. Food mostly the same, same protein again and again- mostly chicken and pork.

"Average experience"

All and all, the hotel is not bad. It's just average, the food was meh, the pool was kind of dirty. I had no hot water for my entire stay and no water at all at one point. They offered me a free alacarte brakfast…
