"Don't bother!"

I stayed here for one night only because I couldn't get my money back. The TV was on no remote. I told a worker she was sitting on the floor with 3 others talking. I said I don't have WiFi it doesn't reach my room.…

"No tenían información de la reserva "

No estaban preparados para atender al grupo, por lo que habían algunas habitaciones sin accesorios baño (papel higiénico, jabón baño, toallas,etcétera )agua de tomar habían que buscar fuera del hotel porque ellos no garantizan al huésped.
