• The charge for the reservation will appear on the credit card statement in the name: Inversiones Punta Laguna, S.A.S. For more information about the charge for this reservation, please contact the hotel. The name on the credit card used to make the payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. The same credit card and government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled prior to arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Inversiones Punta Laguna, S.A.S., based in the Dominican Republic.
• The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel. The property does not accept reservations of 10 rooms or more. All reservations of 10 or more rooms will be considered as a group and are subject to the group terms and conditions.
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in at the hotel. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The main person making the reservation must be 18 years or older at the time of check-in.
