Unpassende Lage; sehr laut; inkompetentes Personal das nachts!! Unerlaubt ins Zimmer kommt; jeden Tag muss man die Schlüsselkarte fürs Zimmer aktualisieren lassen; verstopfte Toiletten oder außer Funktion

"Don't book this hotel"

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our doors would not lock, we had to go downstairs every time to get new magnet keys. They don't do basic room services for days and you have to keep chasing them just to get clean towels.… Ver más

The hotel that I intended to book in the website is NH Hotel Punta Cana. Although after booking the photo still to be NH Hotel, the actual booking transferred to 'Hotel Merengue Punta Cana' for some reason. We took the taxi to NH Hotel and… Ver más

Had no hot water. Had problems with locking the doors. Sheets were dirty. And there was a cockroach in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast.
