This Hotel is in a good location, clean, the staff was fantastic. They didn’t know much English but with my translator on my phone we never had a problem. Nothing but smiles.

Staff was very unhelpful...refridgerator didnt work to keep my medicine cool and they wouldnt change my room and had a attitude when talking to them!!!!

For the price, it's okay. It's nice and clean. I like the fact that they have security overnight and it feels safe. The bed sheets were not 100% clean. As they were white I could see dirt on them. However, the beds are pretty big…

The location was excellent close to the beach and restaurants the staff was very friendly and helpful wish I could have stayed longer but I’ll definitely stay there again 👍🙏🙏

This is a perfect small urban no frills (non resort) hotel in Puerto Plata. Short walk to the Malecon and in an area of lots of restaurants and services. Perfect for a few days.
