Beachfront: There is a guest designated beach area with seats and umbrellas that is well-regulated by security. No panhandlers. Room: I had an unobstructed ocean view with balcony. Bed was comfy. Blackout curtains. A/c but couldn’t adjust vents and had noticeable mold. Balcony retained water…
