"Puntacana apartment rental"

The appears clean. However the power went out more than once in the two days. In addition not much communication between the cleaner and the manager, cleaner took the room key and had to call the manager who didn’t answer the phone but rather texts…

When we arrived the place wasnt really clean, but the 2 maids were really great in making a difference in our time there. The internet didnt really work until the day before we left. Inside the condo has a wierd mold smell. Pros: the bed…

If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to…
