There is no front desk at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Calle 9 No.60, Vista Catalina, La Romana]. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 12:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.
