"Resort Closed"

The resort was closed and had taken payment for a stay they could not deliver on

"Honeymoon disaster"

Covers and pillows were stained, wifi and tv did not work, pool inside room was not heated it was freezing (the main reason we booked room), windows did not lock so room was unsecure, bathroom had a sewer smell and to top it off it…

This hotel has so much potential but its a dump. The rooms are huge but the bedding, towels and furniture is sub par. The rooms are not very clean and kind of grimy. Its ok for the price but its not nice

Lots of maintenance issues, loud (couldn’t sleep) no hot water, broken AC, plumbing leaks, terrible service. They also promised to reimburse 2nights stay and it’s been over a month, no word from them. Horrible experience.
